Off to the dogs with Caledonia Smooth

Work Me Lord, owned by Tony Howard of Kildare, was declared top dog at the recent Caledonia Smooth Gold Cup final at Drumbo Park Greyhound Stadium, winning the three-week festival of racing’s most sought-after £5000 prize.

Sarah Shimmons, beer marketing manager for sponsors, Tennent’s NI, said that the brewer was delighted to be continuing its association with the Gold Cup:

“Race-goers really got into the mood, they got dressed up and enjoyed a very social and refined evening out with their friends, which is all part of what makes greyhound racing at Drumbo Park with Caledonia Smooth such a fun night out.”
