Street food treats on offer at Trademarket

A host of  local food vendors who will be taking spots at Trademarket Belfast this summer have been unveiled.

The shipping container market is due to open on the Dublin Road at the site of the former Movie House Cinema site later this month and it looks like being a treat for foodies.

Among those who will be selling their wares are a couple of Hill Street Hatch favourites in the shape of Pi Guy and  Moon Gelato.

Marty Duggan, aka Pi Guy, will be showcasing his unique take on Neapolitan, New York and Trenton style pizzas made from 100% organic dough that is naturally leavened.

Moon Gelato meanwhile is already well known for its out-of-this-world flavours and amazing sweet treats, with vegan options included.

Also coming to Trademarket is Shonee McWilliams aka Pie Queen, who be offering sweet and  savoury treats and teaming up with local coffee company Napoleon for those needing a caffeine fix.

Smokey and salty, Rebel and Ruse, above, are bringing the best of BBQ to Belfast with a custom-built cage fire and a focus on local produce, while Kubo will offer food of the Philippines in the heart of Belfast.
