Notice for Expressions of Interest for Fit-out Works
Expressions of Interest are invited for Fit-out Works at the Haslem Hotel, Lisburn – with approximate value of £300,000.00
Applicants must have the following:
- Construction line – level 2 verified status (preferable)
- EL & PL of £10 million
- CAR of £500k minimum
- PII of an adequate level
- Industry recognised Health & Safety Accreditation
- SSIP Certification
- Demonstrable experience of delivering 3 projects similar in nature & scale in a live environment
Tenders to be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis, followed by lowest price.
Closing Date for EOIs: Wednesday 7th October 2026
Anticipated start date: Nov ‘26
