PUTTING ON THE SPRITZ – Picture Special from the Union Street Rooftop Bar in Belfast to launch Freixenet Solare

United Wines hosted an exclusive event at the Union Street Rooftop Bar in Belfast to launch Freixenet Solare, a brand new Mediterranean aperitivo from Freixenet, the international leader in sparkling wines. Inspired by the Spanish sun, Freixenet Solare is a refreshing citrus-flavoured spritz that uses 100% natural flavours to combine sun-ripened Spanish lemon and clementine with aromatic botanicals including rosemary and thyme.

Guests from across Northern Ireland’s hospitality industry were treated to food, entertainment and the brand’s ‘signature serve’ – made with two parts Freixenet Solare, three serves of Freixenet Sparkling and one serve of sparkling water, all poured over ice and garnished with a slice of lemon.  Enjoying a ‘Taste Of The Sun’ at the launch event are United Wines Brand Manager Olivia McAleenan (right), Emily Doherty, Liquid Minds (centre), and Shannon O’Neill, Marketing Assistant, United Wines.  Freixenet Solare is now available in a 700ml bottle (11% ABV) to hospitality venues and retailers across Northern Ireland through distributor United Wines.
