The Ivy Collection announces opening date for Belfast Brasserie

Anticipation is high in Northern Ireland as The Ivy Collection prepares to open its first brasserie in the region.

The Ivy Belfast Brasserie, located in the historic Cleaver House on Donegall Square North, is set to welcome guests on Tuesday, September 17th. With reservation lines now open, the city is buzzing with excitement as this iconic brand expands into Belfast.

The Ivy Belfast Brasserie will span two floors and promises to deliver the high standard of luxury and service that The Ivy is known for. This marks The Ivy Collection’s first full-service brasserie in Northern Ireland and only its second location on the island of Ireland.

To build excitement for the opening, The Ivy staged a vibrant flash mob across key Belfast locations. Roller-skaters, dressed as the brand’s iconic staff, wowed the crowds with dance moves and tricks, reflecting the elegance and energy that The Ivy brings to its dining experiences.

The brasserie will be open daily, offering an all-day dining experience that includes breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, and dinner. The menu will highlight the finest local and seasonal ingredients, alongside a curated drinks menu featuring local ales, beers, and spirits.

Designed to accommodate approximately 188 guests, the brasserie will feature stylish interiors adorned with vibrant artwork and floral designs, complemented by stunning views of Belfast City Hall. The space will include a central bar, a mix of booth and open-plan seating, and a private dining room for up to 24 guests.
