This St Patrick’s Day, room2 Belfast are launching an exciting new partnership with McConnell’s Distillery, one of Northern Ireland’s oldest whisky brands.

The specialised drinks on offer includes the exclusive ‘McConnell’s Whisky in the Gaol’, crafted from McConnell’s Irish Whisky 5 Year, elderflower, lime, sugar syrup, all served in a tumbler with ice, fresh basil & cucumber as well as the ‘McConnells and Ginger’ cocktail, available to those checking in for the weekend.

Opened in 2024, the local state-of-the-art distillery and visitor experience offers guided tours, interactive exhibits, tasting sessions, as well as housing a café and bar where guests can sample McConnell’s award-winning whiskies.
