Rising Stars 2024: Celebrating emerging talent in NI’s hospitality sector

The Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF) is delighted to announce the winners of the Rising Stars 2024 awards, proudly supported by Ulster Bank.

This prestigious competition aims to recognise and celebrate the young and emerging talent making significant contributions to the hotel and hospitality industry in Northern Ireland.

The Rising Stars awards provide a platform to showcase outstanding talent, reward those who drive success in the hotel sector, and highlight the exciting career opportunities within the industry. This year’s winners were selected by an independent panel of judges from a fantastic pool of entries, reflecting the high calibre of professionals within the sector.

The Rising Stars will be honoured at a special luncheon as part of Hospitality Exchange 2024, hosted by renowned broadcaster Pamela Ballantine at the Crowne Plaza Belfast on Tuesday, 15th October 2024. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from Tanya Oxtoby, Northern Ireland Women’s Football Manager, who will share insights on leadership and team dynamics, drawing valuable parallels between success in sports and hospitality.
