During a recent visit to Cosmo’s Belfast, I had the pleasure of experiencing the newly renovated location, and I must say, the changes are impressive. With over 20 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, Cosmo’s Belfast, which originally opened in 2012, has undergone a significant refurbishment that has elevated its dining experience to a new level.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the restaurant had become a popular destination, with a bustling atmosphere and a full dining room. I would recommend arriving early to this spot as there is normally a wait whether you have booked or not simply due to the huge demand. The new design provides a welcoming environment, and the space feels brighter and more open, making it an ideal setting for families, groups, and individuals alike.

The expanded buffet is a standout feature of the renovation. The restaurant now offers a more diverse range of globally inspired dishes, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences.
