Popular Belfast pizza truck finds new home at The Bot
A well-known pizza truck in Belfast has announced an exciting new location and will be joining other eateries at a vibrant spot in the city.
Belfast Pizza Blogger, famous for their authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, will soon be setting up shop at The Bot’s expanded beer garden.
This announcement follows closely after Mexican food vendor Taquitos shared similar news.
In a social media post, Belfast Pizza Blogger confirmed they “have a new home.”
“Very pleased to announce that we’ve found a new home at The Bot in their class beer garden (which is going under a slight makeover),” they wrote.
“We’ll be trading in our smaller pizza truck serving our authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. Our new neighbours include @taquitosbelfast and @wingitbelfast,” they continued.
“We cannot wait to get started and hope to give you a start date in the coming days.”
The Bot, a popular destination for university students and sports fans, already features a hatch for Wing It, a local chicken wing vendor.
Just yesterday, Taquitos announced their partnership with The Bot on Malone Road on social media.
“We are hoping to bring the Burrito Truck to Botanic Inn and we are hoping to start right away!” they shared.
The Taquitos trailer is currently located near the Big Fish along the Lagan River in Belfast city center.
Run by Belfast chef Gary Quinn, Taquitos gained attention last year by placing second in a UK-wide food truck survey, ranking among the must-visit food trucks for food lovers.
It was the only Northern Ireland-based truck to feature on the list, just behind Suda Italia in London. Taquitos is known for its authentic Mexican street food, serving dishes like chicken adobo, mojo pork, and chorizo, available in tacos, burritos, or rice bowls.
