Northern Ireland Wine and Spirit Institute

The Northern Ireland Wine & Spirit Institute is open to anyone who wishes to learn about the influences different vine growing / wine-making techniques have on the production of wine. It runs a series of planned events every year at which different speakers pass on their experience and knowledge.
