The programme for Hospitality Exchange 2025 is now live, with the conference set to return to Crowne Plaza Belfast on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 October 2025, welcoming around 600 delegates for two days of insight, inspiration and networking.
Organised by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, this year’s programme explores three themes: Excelling, Engaging and Evolving. Sessions include people and performance, a business breakfast with an economic outlook, and a fast-paced tourism update.
Headline contributors include marketing leader James Peach, two Michelin star chef Aktar Islam, hotel expert Alex Polizzi and economist Richard Ramsey.
