Niall McKenna Names at NI Tourism Alliance Apprenticeship Ambassador

The NI Tourism Alliance has named Niall McKenna as it’s first Apprenticeship Ambassador.

NI Tourism Alliance described the appointment as “a brilliant recognition of Niall’s longstanding commitment to developing and championing the next generation of hospitality talent.”

Recently named Entrepreneur of the Year at the LCN Awards in June, Niall is the well known chef-entrepreneur behind James Street South and the Waterman on Hill Street.

In a recent interview, he told LCN: “We have real thought leaders and educators who can see the bigger picture – but it’s one thing to be visionary, ultimately it all comes down to the basic principles of business – what feeds the business, feeds the greater good.”
