Foot Anstey McKees Appoints Hospitality & Licensing Legal Director
FOOT Anstey McKees has announced the appointment of leading hospitality and licensing specialist Richard McLaughlin, further strengthening its hospitality offering and supporting the firm’s continued growth in the sector.
Richard brings more than 25 years’ experience working with clients across the hospitality, leisure and licensing trade including securing the liquor licence for the 153rd Open at Royal Portrush last summer and acting for leading local hospitality businesses that operate some of Northern Ireland’s most recognisable venues.
He advises on a wide range of matters including site openings, licensing applications, acquisitions and disposals, enforcement issues and ongoing operational advice. His experience spans both independent operators and larger portfolio clients with a particular focus on supporting businesses through periods of growth, change and consolidation.
Richard joins the firm’s experienced hospitality and leisure division, working alongside fellow Legal Directors Linus Murray and Andrea McCann.
