Belfast bar launches new caviar cocktail

Rita’s cocktail bar, part of the Linenhouse Complex which includes Sweet Afton, The Perch and Tutti Frutti, has launched a new Goddesses cocktail menu inspired by the ancient and almighty deities of old.

The luxurious and intimate city centre cocktail den, located only three minutes from Belfast City Hall, was recently nominated as a finalist in the Top 50 Bars in the World by Big Seven Travel, as the only bar in Ireland to make this esteemed list. In the wake of this accolade, the bar continues to demonstrate their pioneering approach to mixology with the launch of their second Pop Up menu this week, most notably the Aphrodite, which comprises of a heady blend of Tanqueary No Ten, Green Apply Liquer, Acids, Sugar…and most curiously, home-made Appletini Caviar.

Rita’s expert cocktail bar staff collaborated with Group Executive Chef Dean Coppard to create these unique alcoholic caviar pearls, which burst on the tongue, and represent a luxury fit for the gods themselves.

The Godesses Menu is currently being served seven days a week, with table bookings for five or more. Private hire is also available Sunday – Thursday.
