Titanic Belfast has announced two new appointments Denise Kennedy as Associate Operations Director and Kevin Keenan as General Manager of Hospitality.

Denise joined Titanic Belfast in 2015 as Retail Manager and has since progressed into operations, gaining extensive experience working across all departments, as well as with clients and stakeholders.
Driven by a passion for exceptional visitor experiences, she has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of TBL International, while also contributing significantly to ongoing innovation throughout Titanic Belfast.
Progressing to Directorate level, Denise will focus on ensuring TBL International delivers meaningful impact and measurable commercial value alongside creating truly memorable, world-class visitor experience.

Experience: Kevin has 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on hotel, catering and event operations. From an early age, Kevin has worked in hotels and has gained international experience in five-star properties from Northern Ireland to America. Kevin is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional, five-star customer service and consistently going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
In his new role with Titanic Belfast, Kevin will oversee the day-to-day management of the conference and banqueting suites and ensure the smooth running of events and exceptional service to clients and guests.
