The Portrush Atlantic Hotel Announces the Debut of Another Round

The Hotel’s New Signature Restaurant and Bar Now Open

The Portrush Atlantic Hotel has announced the opening of Another Round, its new signature restaurant and bar, bringing a lively destination for sport, food, and entertainment to the heart of Portrush.

Inspired by the flavours of Northern Ireland, Another Round offers a menu designed for gathering, sharing, and staying a while. Guests can enjoy crowd-pleasing dishes ranging from fresh seafood chowder and Buffalo chicken wings to classic burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches. A well-stocked bar with beers, spirits, and cocktails completes the experience.

Another Round features live coverage from Sky Sports and TNT Sports, with a strong focus on golf alongside all major sporting fixtures throughout the year. Beyond the screens, the venue offers a snooker table, dartboards, and table football, complemented by regular live music.

“The idea behind Another Round is simple: creating a place where people can come together—whether that’s for the golf, the big match, or just a great night out,” said Marc Eccles, General Manager of The Portrush Atlantic Hotel. “Designed to be Portrush’s home of sport, the concept draws inspiration from the culture and ingredients of Northern Ireland so guests can savour another round and a true taste of the Causeway Coast.”

The launch of Another Round, which replaced the former Atlantic Bar, is part of a broader refurbishment effort at The Portrush Atlantic Hotel. Renovations to the restaurant and bar introduced dark interiors inspired by the deep Atlantic Ocean, contrasted with framed artwork featuring both vintage and modern regional athletes.

The property-wide refurbishment efforts are led by real estate and hospitality firm AJ Capital Partners following its acquisition of the hotel announced in December 2024. AJ Capital owns and operates three hotels in the region, including the neighbouring Portrush Adelphi as well as Slieve Donard.
