New head of people and culture for Hastings

Rob Rees has been appointed as the new Group Head of People & Culture for Hastings Hotels.

Rob has 15 years’ experience as a people professional with a proven track record of delivering results through key people initiatives which centre on organisations enabling their talent to do their best work.

He has previously worked in senior roles at Next, Domino’s Pizza Group and Costa Coffee. Rob is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and current vice-chair of the CIPD NI.

In his new role, Rob is responsible for crafting and supporting a People Experience, which positions Hastings Hotels Group, as the leading employer of choice in Northern Ireland. From charting the course for recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with the group’s long-term vision and values while motivating your team through consistent communication, inspiring the team to success, supported by the Hastings Culture.
