LCN Yearbook 2016 now available

The Licensed & Catering News 2016 Yearbook edition is out now.

As always, our flagship edition contains unrivalled coverage of the hospitality and tourism sectors across Northern Ireland.

The Yearbook edition carries comment from key figures in all the sectors, including restaurants, hotels, foodservice, pubs and the drinks industry. All of them have been giving us their perspective on trade in 2015 and looking forward to the prospects for the rest of this year.

Also, for this special edition, we’ve been up to the north coast to meet one of 2015’s biggest guesthouse success stories – David and Sharon Schindler – whose beautiful Shola Coach House was ranked number two in last year’s global Trip Advisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

We’ve also had a look around the new Derry boutique hotel, Bishop’s Gate, and had a chat with its new GM, Ciaran O’Neill, who just happens to be the newly appointed president of the NI Hotels Federation as well.

Elsewhere in this edition, we’ve been in conversation with Diageo NI’s chief, Jorge Lopes; we’ve met top Belfast chef, Danni Barry, who brought a Michelin Star to Michael Deane’s Eipic at Howard Street in Belfast during 2015 and we’ve talked to Nigel Logan, a farmer and brewer from rural County Antrim who’s a great example of what this Year of Food and Drink is all about.

There’s plenty more to keep you occupied in the 2016 CN Yearbook, including our annual trade director and brand index.
