Hospitality Exchange 2023 Celebrates ‘Rising Stars’ of industry
The ‘Rising Stars’ initiative, a partnership between Ulster Bank and Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF), aims to recognise and celebrate emerging talent making significant contributions to the hotel and hospitality industry.
Winners are nominated by hotels and accommodation providers who recognise the individuals’ career progression, their contribution to the business, and future career trajectory. Entries are assessed by a panel of independent judges.
Discussing the spectrum of talent, Eddie McKeever, NIHF President, says: “The hotel industry’s success hinges on attracting, retaining, and engaging talented individuals in their early careers. I’m thrilled that in collaboration with Ulster Bank, we are able to celebrate the recipients of the Rising Stars awards for 2023 at Hospitality Exchange, the biggest conference for the industry”.

The winners of the 2023 Rising Star Awards will be honoured at a special awards luncheon hosted by Pamela Ballantine as part of Hospitality Exchange 2023 on October 17.
