Leading pizza chain opens new store in Coleraine

Leading pizza chain Four Star Pizza (FSP) has opened a new store in Coleraine that will create over 10 new jobs in the local area.

Whilst Four Star Pizza has to date been a franchise-based chain, with franchisees the length and breadth of Ireland, the new Coleraine store takes on added significance as the first company-run store in Northern Ireland – and just the second on the island, as Four Star Pizza CEO Colin Hughes explains.

“I’m absolutely delighted to announce the opening of our new store in Coleraine with our new branding scheme and the best tasting pizza in town – and our first company-run restaurant in Northern Ireland,” said Hughes, originally from Lurgan in County Armagh.

“This represents a significant investment by Four Star Pizza which will create over 10 new jobs for in-store staff and delivery drivers – and give people in the area the opportunity to enjoy our delicious pizzas, lovingly created using our signature fresh dough that is made daily on site.

“At Four Star Pizza, we are always looking for ways to grow our franchisee network and expand our business into new territories across the island of Ireland. Coleraine is the perfect location for our newest store, and we’re proud to be investing here and creating local jobs. Four Star Pizza’s new Coleraine store will be managed locally by Store Manager Lauren McMullan who believes that the secret to a perfect pizza is ‘all about the base’.

“The ovens are fired up and we’re delighted to be serving up our famous fresh pizzas to the people of Coleraine,” said Laura.
