£400k investment refreshes Dream apartments
£400k is being invested in Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments in Belfast for a complete interior refurbishment in preparation for the full return of business and leisure travel.
Work will being on November 1 at 49 serviced apartments in Belfast’s landmark Obel Tower, replacing fixtures and fittings, updating all furnishings and installing high-speed broadband.
High end furniture is being supplied by local company Balmoral Furniture and it is hoped the investment will have knock-on effects for the local economy and the leisure and corporate travel offering.

Dream Apartments now has over 550 properties worldwide and well advanced in further expansion plans, with a new site of 25 luxury serviced apartments opening in the heart of Dundee on November 1 2021.
The company also opened sites this year in Middlesbrough and further luxury apartments in Manchester, with further plans in the pipeline to open Dream USA later in the year.
