A design and access statement said: \u201cThe site is located adjacent to the Killeen Bridge on the main Old Dublin Road and beside the main Belfast to Dublin dual carriageway.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe hotel is designed to meet with all the Northern Ireland Tourist requirements and less-abled clients are well catered for.<\/p>\n
\u201cOn site there is ample parking and turning with an in-out facility onto the main Old Dublin Road.\u201d<\/p>\n
